It will be 9 days between rest days this time and 585 miles &#8211; an average of 65 miles per day.  Thankfully most of the days have not had a lot of climbing. Note the tents in the background next to the corn field. After leaving Callaway there were only 2 turns over a 40 mile span as they headed due west. Most of the group opted to stay in a hotel to make the most of their day off and avoid getting waterlogged by a big storm.  Elizabeth stopped by the hotel then hustled over to the Great Northern Bicycle Company &#8211; a really helpful shop located in a former train depot in down town Fargo.  Elizabeth got some things looked after on her bike and enjoyed a free cup of espresso &#8212; provided every afternoon at 3pm at GNBC. Michael picked Elizabeth up for dinner.  As forecast, storms hit the town shortly after dinner.  Michael said he had never seen it rain so hard in Fargo.  You can see the flooding below &#8212; some folks decided to wade in the flooded area.
