I got up and stretched, put on my bike gear, and rode most of the day in the van.  As usual in the van &#8211; that meant shopping and in this case a trip to Walmart.   The scenery improved as we went along the route but the smoke was very apparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trying to be really careful, it was decided I should start riding near the destination of Wolcott.  While I was riding my knee still has residual pain but it does not seem to be any worse than just walking.  It rained to the point I had trouble seeing my bike computer.  I tuned in the playlist and focused on the music &#8211; it was definitely unnerving  not knowing how my knee would react overnight. Our group was moved to the driest section of the campground and that was where the RV&#8217;s were parked.  Not so many people out &#8211; it&#8217;s apparent they appreciate the creature comforts of their mobile homes &#8211; especially during the rain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have dinner duty tomorrow night so I got that planned with my dinner partner.
